Enhancements to: draft user registration, email mergefields, GIS source data formats/geometry control and document deletion. Also bug fixes for use of locality in addresses, display and setting of completed date and property register expiry date.

Spatial Format configurable on SCA Maintenance

The Search Control Area questions for GIS data can configure the Spatial Formats ESRI, OGR, SPATIALDB and WFS - Where a new layer is added and the default setting is "SPA" this can now be changed to WFS.

Exclude touching items configurable on SCA Maintenance

The Search Control Area questions for GIS data can be configured to exclude touching geometry

Delete file confirmation on My awaiting responses and confirmations

A confirmation pop up is displayed in search details when a user clicks on the red “x” to confirm that you want to delete the file.  

New search filter by email – Users and Companies

A new search filter for users and companies has been added to the search form to be able to search by email.

Also, a new column on the search results displays the solicitors address:

New Mergefields:

%%USER_REFERENCE%% and %%ADDRESS%% have been added to the following emails:

The missing <<DateCompleted>> mergefield has been added to the Personal Search Template
